Cesar Morales is a Technology Director with over 20 years of experience. He is a tech career advocate with a passion for empowering the youth of our community with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a career in technology. As an IT professional, he is often invited to share his IT perspective at local colleges, high schools, and community organizations. He is also a frequent local radio/television guest speaker sharing his expertise on a wide variety of tech topics.
Cesar is the founder of “Launch Your Tech Career” - a social network group that highlights emerging technologies and IT career tips. He is the founder of “Kids Tech Talk” podcast series where children are inspired to be tech makers, not just consumers. He is also the founder of CAM Technology Scholarship designed to increase the proportion of minorities in STEM careers.
Outside of work, Cesar is active member of his community supporting a number of local organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland and Salem and Project Thanksgiving. He is the recipient of the 2019 Big Brother of the Year and 2021 Bridgeton Chamber of Commerce Community Hero Award.
